You should lock your debit card on the app immediately if it isn’t locked already.
Once you have locked your card on the app or if you do not have the app your next step should be to call WCCUdirectly. You can call your local branch or 1-800-584-9220 and a WCCU employee will help you close your card during our regular hours.
If it is after our regular hours, you can select option 4 on the after-hours menu and it will direct you to the lost/stolen line. (1-866-662-8059)
