Establishes membership in the credit union! Gives a member access to all services the credit union has to offer!

  • Minimum membership share deposit of $5.00 required. This $5.00 balance must be maintained to continue credit union membership.

  • Funds are automatically transferred, in $100 increments, to your Checking Account to cover overdrafts.

  • There is a small charge for each automatic transfer.

  • First Freedom is designed to be a growth account.
  • Minimum opening deposit is $2,500.00.

  • Six withdrawals per month are allowed.

A new and better way to save for a child's educational expenses.

  • Up to $2000 in non-deductible contributions per child can be made each year, until that child reaches age 18.
  • Withdrawals for certain qualified education expenses are tax-free.
  • Qualified education expenses may include tuition, fees, books, computer equipment and technology required for elementary, secondary and post-secondary education.

A savings account designed especially for young adults!

  • For members ages 13 to 19-years-old.
  • Interest is paid monthly. Members receive a quarterly statement.
  • CU Succeed members receive a quarterly newsletter.
  • CU Succeed members ages 17 to 19-years-old can apply for a $750 college scholarship.
  • All CU Succeed members receive a 1% discount on their first loan. (Does not include special loan sale rates.)
  • Free box of checks annually.
  • CU Succeed members are encouraged to set financial goals and establish good savings and borrowing habits.

A Savings Club designed for young members!

  • The Pee Wee Penguin Club Account is a savings account designed for members birth to 12-years-old.
  • Kids receive a "treat" each time they make a deposit at the credit union.
  • Interest is paid monthly. Members receive a quarterly statement.
  • At age 13, the account automatically rolls into a CU Succeed Account.
  • Young members are encouraged to develop good savings habits so they will learn financial responsibility as they get older.
