An Important Update for Our Members: COVID-19

Below are updates related to Western Cooperative Credit Union's response to COVID-19.

September 29, 2020:

Members and friends:
Wearing a mask has been strongly recommended by North Dakota government and our local governing bodies.

Effective today, WCCU is requiring masks be worn when in the credit union buildings. This applies to members, vendors, and employees.

We are putting this requirement in place with the hope that we do not have to go back to closed lobby doors.

We are also requesting members to call ahead and make an appointment for member services, other than teller transactions.

We care for your health, the well-being of our communities, and our employees.

We appreciate your membership and your help in keeping our communities a safer place.

Reminder: WCCU has a mobile app! You can find more information on our online services at! Our drive-up windows are also open.

March 18, 2020:

Starting Thursday, March 19, drive -thru windows (where available) will remain open. All branch lobbies will change to appointment only for member services that can’t be accomplished by phone or online until further notice.

We encourage you to use our online account access options through WCCU online (NetTeller) and the WCCU mobile app.

Please remember we have additional service options.
Night deposit drops (where available)
I-talk 1-800-588-0106 (24 hour automated phone access)

Call our Williston area branch at 1-800-584-9220 or Dickinson area branch at 1-800-733-9228 to schedule appointments or any other additional information.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding. These reduced services are temporary actions and designed to keep both our members and your money safe.

WCCU reminds all members that there are a number of avenues for conducting business remotely.  This includes debit card transactions, ATM cash withdrawals, remote deposit of checks, internet account access, mobile account access, and audio (phone) access.

Account transfers can be made by phone, loans can be done by phone or by filling out our online loan application.
